About Travelhub Tours & Travels
Founded on the belief that travel should be seamless, transparent, and reliable. For over 8 years, we have been the trusted travel partner for individuals, families, students, and corporate travellers across Kerala.
Rooted in Ponkunnam, Serving Travellers Globally
Travelhub Tours & Travels was established on 11 June 2018 by Nikhil Mathew in Ponkunnam, Kottayam District. Situated opposite the Mini Civil Station on Pala-Ponkunnam Road, Travelhub began with a simple yet uncompromising promise: “Your Journey, Our Responsibility.”
Over the past 8+ years, we have grown from a local ticketing agency into a comprehensive travel solutions provider. We assist students travelling to top global universities in the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe with special excess baggage allowances and discounted airfares. We also handle complex certificate attestations through State HRD, MEA New Delhi, and foreign embassies.
Whether you are planning a relaxed family getaway in Thailand, booking an international flight to London, or obtaining urgent visa documentation for employment abroad, Travelhub delivers personalized assistance with zero hidden fees.
Our Core Pillars & Commitments
Unmatched Transparency
We believe in 100% upfront pricing. No hidden convenience fees, surprise baggage charges, or misleading visa claims. What we quote is what you pay.
Student-First Priority
We actively fight for extra baggage allowances (up to 40 kg or 2 bags) and student fare discounts on all major global carriers to Europe, the UK, and North America.
24/7 Human Support
You never talk to robotic IVRs or automated chatbots. When you face an urgent flight cancellation or airport rescheduling, Nikhil and our team are one phone call away.
Certified Authenticity
All certificate attestations, MEA Apostilles, and embassy stamps are processed strictly through authorized governmental channels with verifiable tracking.
Tailored Itineraries
No cookie-cutter tours. We personalize hotel categories, meal plans, and day trips based on your family’s exact pace, budget, and travel dreams.
Community Grounding
As proud members of the ABC Business Community and recognized local leaders in Ponkunnam, we prioritize building lifelong relationships over one-time transactions.
“When we started Travelhub in 2018 in Ponkunnam, my goal was simple: treat every traveller's itinerary with the exact care, attention, and urgency as if it were my own family travelling. Whether booking a domestic ticket or handling a life-changing migration visa, you have our personal guarantee of honesty, support, and dedication.”
